Carrabba's
Team Blythe Wins the National Championship in Deerfield Beach,
Florida
In October
2004 Carrabba's Team Blythe packed up the toter home, hooked
up the race boat and headed south to take part in the National
Championships in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is one championship
that has eluded the team in the past...but not this time.
The water
was rough, typical Atlantic Ocean water. This was good news
for the team. Our boat favors high seas. Through it all the
competition was excellent; the other teams brought their A
game with them for this event. Because of the boats performance
and a little luck the team was able to win their first national
championship. This championship was covered by OLN (The Outdoor
Life Network). OLN reaches over 60 million households nationwide.
Contact your local cable provider today if you are one of
the few who do not yet have OLN. Be sure to check your local
listings for showtimes.
The team
had a great time at the local Carrabba's. A very special thanks
goes out to the Delray Beach Carrabba's, owner John Galeno,
for his southern hospitality. We would also like to extend
a very special thanks to Darryl, one of the top managers at
the Delray Beach Carrabba's. The boat was on display at the
major thoroughfare for the entire race weekend as well as
on display at race village. Race village draws crowds in the
10s of 1000s.
A special
thanks to our associate sponsors, who help to make this all
possible. Thank you Grease Monkey, Door-2-Door, Scanmaster,
Keystone Payroll, Best Western, Atlantic Shores Resort. Please
visit our sponsor page for more information on our sponsors.
Be sure to thank our sponsors by supporting them.
