Carrabba's Team Blythe Wins in Milwaukee Grand Prix! Carrabba's Team Blythe was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from August 8 - August 10. The team is happy to report a win! The city of Wisconsin opened up their arms for race teams and what a great city to visit. There was so much to do. Between the Miller Brewing tour and the Harley Museum there was barely time to race. A very special thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn located just outside of the city. The service was great and the hospitality was out of this world. We did not get to see Paris or Nicki Hilton this time but there is always next year. The team wins in Wisconsin and takes a victory lap with the checkered flags. The crew at the Hilton Garden Inn. The Hilton Garden Inn displayed pictures of the boat, checkered flags, trophies and our crew chief, Brian Pinch was also on display round the clock. The boat stayed on display outside the Hilton for all passerbys to see. Some of the many spectators in the viewing area. Some even stood atop race trailers to get a better view. Thousands of fans came out to watch the race at Veteran's Park. The best viewing of all venues by far. Fans are within 50 yards of the boats racing at speeds of over 200 miles per hour. Choppers were on hand to film the race for FOX Speed Channel...if you're in there, you had the best seat in the house - or should we say sky! The team idles out to race course. Since there were no Carrabba's in the area, we had to settle for less at a local diner. Maybe next year Johnny will have a restaurant in Wisconsin; we will keep our fingers crossed.
