The Boat and Race Car on Display at Charity Golf Outing

On September 20, 2003 the team packed up the boat and the race car to travel to Northern New Jersey for a charity golf outing. Both the race car and boat were on display for this charity event. The charity was "Find A Cure" for children with Duchenne. Children's Duchenne is a neuro-muscular disease that begins at conception and usually claims the life of it's victims during the teen-age years when the heart and lung muscles can no longer fight the inevitable complications. To this date there is still no cure for this disease which affects one in every 3,500 boys. Carrabba's Team Blythe was very appreciative of the organizers to be asked to the be the backdrop for this grand event.

This event is just one of the weekly events that the race boat and race car appear at throughout the year in the United States.

Some golfers having fun posing for a picture in front of the fast boat. Everyone enjoyed being able to get so close to such a fast machine. We look forward to coming back next year to help the charity.
